I’ve installed a Wordpress plugin that allows anyone to subscribe to new posts via email. So, if you would like to be emailed when there are new stories here, you have two options. You can type in your email address on the widget box on the right column.

Or, you can register at the blog and you’ll have a bit more control over your subscription options, including subscription to particular categories, HTML vs. Plain Text, full post vs. excerpt, etc.

So, between this option and the RSS feeds, hopefully anyone can stay up-to-date on what’s going on the site. Feel free to leave a comment below!

This is the new AAS public policy blog. I’m still working on a clever name. The point of this blog is to convey information and stories about events in Washington and related to public policy that don’t meet the threshold for sending out information emails or Action Alerts.

I plan to link to stories mostly from various news sources such as newspapers and magazines as well as Washington publications like Roll Call or The Hill, but perhaps occasionally from other science policy blogs, or the pages of other scientific societies.
