		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;I see a total of $3.5 billion for the NIH, with about $2 billion of that going to grants.  I know the request was for $10 billion.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It looks like the proposed increase is a little less than a 10% increase in grant money.  Does anyone have a good sense of the implications of this?&lt;/p&gt;
